Simeon Henderson | Project Superintendent

Simeon Henderson joined Cordos in 2018 and serves as a Project Manager and Site Supervisor. Simeon is responsible for maintaining safe and secure job sites, enforcing OSHA protocols, coordinating materials, and serving as the primary on-site point of contact to ensure work progresses efficiently and accurately.

Simeon has both managed and supported a wide range of public and private sector projects, with a strong focus on educational and housing developments. His experience includes overseeing complex renovations, site logistics, and schedule coordination for occupied and high-visibility facilities. He is particularly skilled at managing schedules, resolving field issues, and delivering high-quality finished work.

Simeon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Leadership, along with multiple construction-related certifications. His background in education and leadership has shaped a collaborative, disciplined approach to construction management, emphasizing team development, clear expectations, and continuous improvement. He is committed to professional growth and regularly expands his knowledge through industry-focused, leadership, and motivational reading.

Before joining Cordos, Simeon built a diverse professional background as a Chicago Police Officer, Chicago Public Schools teacher, Dean of Students, and coach, as well as a successful career in the entertainment industry as an actor. These experiences have strengthened his ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and adapt to dynamic environments, skills he brings to every project he manages.
