Repurposed from an existing four story 12,000 SF steel building in Avondale, Cordos began construction in 2013 to modernize the space and bring up to current codes to create a 9 unit apartment building, complete with four garage parking spaces on the first floor. The project included steel upgrades and repairs, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, a new roof, a new elevator, and a full interior reconstruction to accommodate 6 two-bedroom and 3 three-bedroom apartments with modern finishes and appliances.

Once the initial phase of construction was complete in 2015, Cordos began reworking the space on the first floor for future retail. This included upgraded electrical systems, storefront repairs, and minor framing and finish work to bring the space up to white-box standards, later divided into three separate retail suites.
