Bogdan Rus joined Cordos in 2021 as a Project Manager, bringing a strong background in civil engineering and hands-on construction management. Bogdan is responsible for delivering projects on time through constant communication with subcontractors, owners, and architects. His day-to-day involvement, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving ensure that issues are addressed early and projects remain within scope.
Bogdan has led and overseen a wide range of public and private projects, including education, public sector, and retail work. He has played key roles on Chicago Public Schools and Chicago Housing Authority projects, as well as multi-site commercial developments. Skilled in navigating complex logistics and regulatory constraints, Bogdan’s leadership emphasizes integrity, accountability, and clear communication, allowing teams to perform efficiently even under challenging conditions.
Before joining Cordos, Bogdan worked at CiviLand LLC and Osiris Construction, where he prepared civil engineering plans and managed residential and commercial construction projects throughout the Chicago area. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, an education that shaped his structured, goal-oriented approach to project management. Bogdan continues to prioritize curiosity, continuous learning, and active listening as he delivers successful outcomes for Cordos’s clients.
