C.D.A LLC can provide design-build and design-assist services that are tailored to a client's or project's particular needs. Design-build and design-assist services can be provided on a full or limited basis. C.D.A LLC has successfully executed several projects under all of these arrangements.

On a full design-build basis, CDA LLC is the design-builder and has complete responsibility for the entire project design and construction. Under this scenario CDA LLC is the single point of accountability for all design and construction as far as the owner is concerned. On a limited design-build basis, CDA LLC has responsibility for the design of certain disciplines on the project, for example, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical, and this design work is coordinated with, and reviewed by, the owner's architect.

In any design-build role, CDA LLC engages the services of professional design consultants and sub consultants who are captains in their design fields and who are suited to the particular project.CDA LLC has alliances and strong working relationships with numerous designers.

In a design-assist role, certain design disciplines, such as mechanical, plumbing, electrical, interior or exterior theming, façade systems, etc., are typically designed to a conceptual, schematic, or design development phase by the owner's architect. At that stage, CDA LLC, typically with a subcontractor who has been selected under a competitive and/or technical proposal process, joins the design process and assists the Architect in completing the remaining design. Design assist saves clients both time and money.
